Having an entrepreneurial spirit, I've owned and managed several businesses, from a stock car track in California to a small trucking company based in Texas. Today, I'm semi-retired, and live mostly to write.
I am a newspaper columnist, have published feature articles in magazines, and have two books to my credit. One, Money Smart Moves, is a self help financial book helping people learn the right way to deal with money, credit, and finance.
I'm a story teller at heart, and also have a fiction book out. The title is KIAMICHI TRAIL, and it is set in the mid 1800s. You can read an excerpt from either book by clicking the links on the left, and you can read a review on my guestbook.

My third book is about ready to send to the publisher. It is a rewrite and continuation of Kiamichi Trail, and follows Jonathon through his time with the Texas Rangers and into the Great Plains to continue the search for his wife.
The planned title is Trail of The Spirit Warrior. Please check back for a release date.

Just so you know me better, here's a picture of my lovely wife, Georgia, and me, enjoying an iced tea at a Christmas party. The buffet was stupendous!
We currently live in the country in NE Texas, near family and friends I spent so many years away from. One of our sons lives next door, and it's wonderful to have our sweetheart of a granddaughter so near. Our other children and grandchildren (and a few greats!!!) are scattered from West Texas to Tennessee and Florida. We miss them all, and visit when we can.
